Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Full Refund and/or Exchange: If you receive an incorrect title or simply ordered the wrong item you may return the DVD(s) if the DVD(s), (i) has not been tampered with, (ii) is in it's original factory seal, and (iii) request for RA# (Return Authorization Number) is made within 60 days of the order's final shipment date.

Defective Merchandise: If a DVD is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt of package, please contact us immediately and indicate the nature of the problem. We will then issue a RA# (Return Authorization Number) and give shipping instructions. Once we receive the damaged or defective DVD we will ship a replacement DVD immediately.
